1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 17jili (hereinafter "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 17jili online gaming platform available at https://17jili.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account suspended or terminated by the Company.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 17jili or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable Philippine law.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the gaming services offered by 17jili, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as needed to keep it accurate and complete.

You may only register and maintain one (1) active account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account as a result of your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the 17jili support team immediately via Live Chat. The Company may suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation.

By registering, you consent to the Company conducting identity verification checks using the information you provide, including but not limited to Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested for this purpose, including a valid government-issued ID acceptable in the Philippines.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The Company accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods currently listed on the Platform, which include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, among others. Available methods may change at the Company's discretion without prior notice.

All financial transactions on the 17jili Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified. Deposits made in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set out on the Platform's banking page and may be subject to change. Players must ensure their withdrawal method matches the method used for deposit where applicable.

Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or payment methods verified as belonging to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

The Company is not responsible for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or network interruptions. Processing times for withdrawals are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

The Company may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives (collectively "Bonuses") to Players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the Bonus is offered.

By claiming any Bonus, you agree to the applicable terms of that promotion. General Bonus terms include but are not limited to the following:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made of any associated winnings.
• Only one Bonus may be active at a time, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another account or player.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time if it believes the Bonus is being abused or exploited.
• Bonuses may expire if not used within the time period specified in the promotion details.

The Company reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus amount and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has violated these Terms or the specific terms of a promotion. Evidence of Bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering, multi-accounting, or any form of collusion, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus-derived funds.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the 17jili Platform operate under the rules published within the game interface or in accompanying documentation. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The Company makes no representations about the likelihood of winning any particular game and does not guarantee any specific outcome. Past results are not indicative of future performance.

In the event of a malfunction of any game software, hardware, or network infrastructure, all affected wagers and payouts may be declared void at the Company's sole discretion. The Company will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from a game malfunction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 17jili Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, errors, or loopholes in the Platform's software or games.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the Platform for any money laundering purpose.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 17jili Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, source code, databases, and audiovisual materials (collectively "Content"), is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Content without the prior written consent of the Company.

Any unauthorized use of the Company's intellectual property may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue;
• Loss of data or information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes or payout calculations resulting from software malfunctions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability is not permitted, the Company's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice, if it determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• The Player is engaging in or suspected of engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• The Player's account is involved in suspicious transactions that may indicate money laundering or the use of illegally obtained funds;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the closure of the account.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including Bonus funds and associated winnings. If the account is closed at the Player's request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable Bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

11. Responsible Gaming

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notification, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution body or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings brought by you against the Company shall be conducted in the Philippines, and you waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.

13. Amendments to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
